Little Description

Gold Apartment is the quintessence of Tyrolese tradition, with its large glass doors on the outside and its ability to make you feel warm and protected. It was recently renewed together with the rest of the building. Staying in a Gold Apartment is a bit like seeking for a refuge in the simple pleasures of nature, which seems the only one able to understand and pamper us. If you can feel this feeling, if you can smell the scent of untouched nature in early morning hours, then you will sure like Gold Apartment. It is located in Siusi town centre, at the first floor, characterised by many glass windows and balconies which make it very bright, with the light playing in a game of contrast with the old oak furniture. The view on Mount Schlern is unique and we are sure that more than once you will just stop and stare at it like you were spelled and then just take a warm bath after a day on the ski slopes. To complete this wellbeing feeling that only this place can give you, we reserved access to our spa to our apartment guests as well as to the outside Jacuzzi with a view on Mount Schlern.

General terms and conditions:

Surcharge from the 3rd person 40,00 to 50,00 Euro
Surcharge for stay less than 4 days: 20% surcharge on the offer
Tourist tax for each guest (over 14): € 1.75 a day
Final cleaning: between 80 and 120 euros
Children up to 3 years pay 25,00 Euro per day
Check-in after 5:00 PM
Check-out by 9:00 AM
No smoking in all the apartments
Animals are not allowed
Unauthorized persons may access the Apartments only on request

If the apartment is not left at 09.00 and house clean, an extra charge of Euro 100,00.

A deposit of 50% is due with the confirmed reservation. A deposit that has already been paid cannot be refunded but can be offset against the next booking within one year.

Referring to the Consumer Protection Code (Information referrring to part III, part III, paragraph I of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005), the client has not the right of withdrawal. However, Apartment Sella offers its guests the possibility to cancelling, under the following conditions:

– Over 90 prior to the arrival: no cancellation charge

– From 89 days prior to the arrival: the apartment price will be charged for 4 days.

– From 60 days prior to the arrival: the cancellation is not possible anymore and the guest has to pay the full amount (100%) of his booking.

– in the event of late arrival or early departure, we will request 100% of the agreed daily price foreach day you did not enjoy By taking out our traveling cancellation insurance, you will avoid any cancellation fees
