- Surcharge from the 3rd person 40,00 to 50,00 Euro
- Surcharge for stay less than 4 days: 20% surcharge on the offer
- Final cleaning: € 80 to € 120
- Tourist tax for each guest (over 14): € 3.00 a day
- Children up to 3 years pay 25,00 Euro per day
- Check-in after 5:00 PM
- Check-out by 9:00 AM
- No smoking in all the apartments
- Animals are not allowed
- Unauthorized persons may access the Apartments only on request
If the apartment is not left at 09.00 and house clean, an extra charge of Euro 120,00.
A 70% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation. Any deposit already paid is non-refundable.
Referring to the Consumer Protection Code (Information referrring to part III, part III, paragraph I of the Consumer Protection Code, GvD 206/2005), the client has not the right of withdrawal.
However, Apartment Sella offers its guests the possibility to cancelling, under the following conditions:
– Cancellations are accepted only in writing.
– The deposit is non-refundable, regardless of the cancellation date.
– For cancellations up to 40 days before arrival: 80% of the total booking amount will be charged.
– For cancellations up to 20 days before arrival: 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
– In case of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
